First came the videos of Alan Kassenoff verbally abusing his former wife and three young children. Then some social media influencers tried to play court reporters. Robbie Harvey became intoxicated with the attention women who had suffered through family court provided. The Frank Report started out explaining the relationship between divorce attorneys, minors counsel, therapists and family court judges.
Then came the exposure of Greenberg Traurig, Allan Kassenoff's firm where he represented clients including Samsung. His wife's videos however were to much for the big law firm's reputation and Kassenoff announced his separation, and then the videos of Catherine began to fly in the expected dead vicitm shaming pattern.
Catherine sitting with a bottle of wine yelling at one of her daughters stripped her of taking the place of a family court martyr and reminded all women and men, parents and people are not perfect.
Then was the looming issue of her death. Doubters and conspiracies took over facts and information about family court. The letters written by lawyers left room for an Epstein- like conversation. Was she really dead or was it a ploy to expose bad lawyers and family court?
Then along came the snake oil salesmen. Was contacted by countless folks ( lawyers and journalists) who wanted to know what we knew. Catherine had been one of thousands we had been tracking on Facebook. Her messages and posts were like all others. Reshares of the few mainstream articles, with nobody ever getting anywhere.
Catherine was an attorney for the Department of Justice. It is impossible they didn't know what so many complained about before they heard the name Kassenoff. The FBI had information on Minors Counsel, and family court patterns months before Catherine's reported death, but they did nothing.

Divorce lawyers with no legal skill are stripping of family wealth. Court appointed minors counsel are breaking the mental health of children and parents for no reason other than greed as incompent or corrupted family court judges look on as if it is sport. The emails that make these lawyers money are cruel and evil. They do nothing but drag out cases for years. making up rules others never will know.
Today this letter confirms Catherine's death, the uncertainty in her lawyer's writing is clear. For those of us who have been reporting, we know what comes next. Death, Taxes and Probate Court where the assets Catherine was able to save, will go entirely to the attorneys, not her children.
